The European Central Bank is seeking suitable candidates that
will be invited to participate in this negotiated procedure and to submit a tender for the award of
framework agreements on the provision of services to support the ECB’s Independent Internal
Investigations Division (the ‘Contract(s)’). The ECB intends to award up to three Contracts with ranking to the suppliers offering the best value for money.
The services to be provided comprise e.g. the legal analysis and reporting with respect to potential breaches of professional duties during the investigative process and advisory services on the investigative process.
