Der Süden des Campus ist durch die Neubauten NPP und DZNE sowie die Bestandsgebäude der Palliativmedizin, Psychiatrischen Tagesklinik und dem HET I/II (Haus für Experimentelle Therapie) geprägt. Geplant ist ein dreigeschossiges, freistehendes Gebäude mit Unterkellerung. Hinzu kommt eine an den Außenkanten zurückspringende Techniketage. Der Neubaukomplex besteht aus zwei Teilbereichen, vereint in einem Gebäude: Zum einen das "Trainingszentrum" als ein internationales Exzellenzzentrum für die medizinische Ausbildung, Simulation, Forschung & Innovation. Das Trainingszentrum (auch "Skills Lab" genannt) bildet einen Kernbaustein für die moderne und digitale Lehre/Ausbildung ("medical education 4.0") und ermöglicht die kontinuierliche strukturierte Aus? und Weiterbildung des ärztlichen Nachwuchses. Das innovative methodische Konzept sieht die Erlernung und Vertiefung klinisch-praktischer Fähigkeiten unter realen Bedingungen an Trainingsobjekten und Simulationen vor. Dadurch können essentielle Belange der Patientensicherheit, ähnlich wie in der Luftfahrt an (Flug?) Simulatoren, für die Medizin trainiert werden. Der Neubau enthält Simulationslabore mit Beobachtungsräumen, Hybrid-OPs, Patientenzimmer, Prüfungsbereiche, Büroräume sowie Besprechungs- und Konferenzräume. Zum anderen besteht der Neubaukomplex aus dem Gebäudeteil "HET III", einer Erweiterung des angrenzenden HET I/II - Haus für experimentelle Therapie. Die räumlichen Kapazitäten des bestehenden HET I/II (Gebäudes C67) sind an ihre Grenzen gekommen, so dass für den Bedarf an S2-Laboren für die Maustierhaltung und notwendige Funktionsräume wie eine Spülküche eine bauliche Erweiterung zwischen dem Bestand und dem Neubau des Trainingszentrums entstehen soll. Der Gebäudeteil HET III beinhaltet ferner in den oberen Etagen eine Nutzungseinheit für die elektronische Bildgebung bei Tieren (multimodale Animal-Imaging-Facility) und eine Laboretage als Großraumlabor. Trainingszentrum und HET III nutzen eine sich in der Mitte des Gebäudes befindliche Erschließungszone gemeinschaftlich (Treppenhaus, Aufzüge). Zwischen dem geplanten Neubau "Trainingszentrum HET III" und dem bestehenden HET I/II wird es eine bauliche Verbindung im Erdgeschoss geben.

The Creative Climate Action Fund III (2026-2029) is a key deliverable for the Creative Climate Action and Sustainability pillar of the Creative Ireland Programme. This fund seeks to build on the premise that transformational action on climate change requires cultural change throughout society, and with the ambition to utilise the potential of the arts, creativity and heritage to inspire and empower the culture change needed to transform to a net zero Ireland by 2050. A key finding of the evaluation of the first fund was the need for training and development of project leaders to ensure that this investment realises the object of building enduring capacity in the sector. There will be organisations from different sectors in receipt of the grant funding including: arts and cultural organisations, local authorities, research institutions, environmental groups and community development organisations. We envisage that there will be up to 15 projects funded. These projects teams have a good knowledge of climate action. However, a consistency of understanding of the policy objectives and best-practice methods of project delivery will be essential to the success of the fund. Therefore, this training and development package will: * Ensure a consistency of technical knowledge across all project teams * Ensure a consistency of approach to be taken on dialogue between projects and with communities the projects are engaging and facilitating dialogue with, to ensure that this aligns with the approach taken in the National Dialogue on Climate Action (NDCA) * Ensure full understanding of the policy framework as set out in the Climate Action Plan 2025. * Support individual projects in their approach to data collection and evaluation * Support project management and communications functions within individual projects * Provide a supportive network for the projects to facilitate collaboration and sharing of skills, knowledge and best practice It is envisaged that that the training will be delivered in a mixture of in person and online settings. Most of the elements of this training and development will be delivered in a initial residential workshop setting to assist the fund recipients to develop their networks. This is particularly important for this fund, due to the cross-sectoral nature of the partnerships. While the tender will seek a private sector provider, it is envisaged that the Creative Ireland Programme will work with the provider and utilise public sector capacity in the co-creation of the training materials and training delivery including possible guest speakers (i.e. Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment (DCEE), the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)).

The general objective of this contract is to acquire highly specialised expertise necessary for revision, development and delivery of the CIRAM-related training courses, effectively tailored to the operational needs and requirements of the European Border and Coast Guard. The overall objective of this assignment is thus to provide expert support for the revision, development and delivery of the CIRAM-related training courses designed for both EU Member States/Schengen Associated States and relevant Frontex entities’ staff at the European Border and Coast Guard Academy. Kerry ETB seeks tenders from suitable qualified suppliers for the supply of Contracted Training Services. Contracted Training refers to ETB-funded education and training delivered by external partners.

The aim of this procurement is to cover the need for consumables - training and simulation. The aim of the Framework Agreement is to establish a good source of supply for medical material - training and simulation in a quality good and cost efficient way, at the same time as focusing on sobriety and control and management of consumption. It is a significant purpose for the Contracting Authority to ensure a supply-secure source of supplies for this material that can directly affect military production. Parts of the objective of the procurement are to supply the Norwegian Defence ́s already existing sanitary systems. Due to the Norwegian Defence ́s distinctive character, standardisation and material equality are important factors in ensuring quality, security, stand-by and compatibility with other NATO countries. It is critically important for the Norwegian Armed Forces that already function packed sacks, pockets and other configured systems in the sanitation service will be as little affected as possible. This is to ensure that the soldier can carry out set procedures with the material that can be accommodated in the bag. The procurement will include materials that will be used by the Norwegian Armed Forces personnel during operations, training under most climatic conditions and in a broad spectrum of different environments, from hospitals and doctors' offices, in the forest and other terrains, on-board vessels, in vehicles and on ambulances. This can i.a. lead to large variations in temperature and humidity. Everything from desert and strong heat to low temperatures and high humidity winter time. This procurement shall, therefore, i.a. ensure consumables where the function, standard and size of the product take care of these considerations. Furthermore, the aim is to ensure good cooperation with a loyal cooperation partner with good knowledge and experience with continual ability to work proactively and future orientated towards, among other things, reduced environmental impact, optimisation and standardisation of assortment, management of consumption and procurement through catalogue and analysis work as well as follow-up.
