Multiple framework contract for studies on local and regional aspects of natural resources, climate change, environment and energy policies

The purpose of this call for tenders is to enable the European Committee of the Regions (CoR), in particular the CoR's Commission for Natural Resources (NAT) and the CoR's Commission for the Environment, Climate change and Energy (ENVE), to have at its disposal a framework contract for the provision of scientific, legal, documentary and editorial assistance services, particularly in the following fields: Agriculture, Rural Development, Health, Ocean, Food Production, Consumer Protection, Forestry, Soil, Bioeconomy, Civil Protection, Tourism, Climate Change Mitigation, Climate Change Adaptation, Energy, Environment, Water, European Green Deal and Climate Finances.
