Nav Tiltak Innlandet, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers, on behalf of Nav Vestland and Nav Troms and Finnmark, to a competition for the procurement of the Labour Market Measure Work Orientated Rehabilitation. Nav Tiltak Innlandet, Nav Vestland and Nav Troms and Finnmark are entities in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.

Vocational driver training - Individual places The aim is to qualify job seekers for professional drivers within heavy transport through a thorough theoretical and practical training. The course shall give the participant the necessary driving licences/certificates and be qualified for work as a lorry and/or bus driver. The aim is for all participants to complete their professional driver education. The aim of the YSK post education is to ensure that professional drivers have updated knowledge and competence that is important in their daily work. Continuing education is a mandatory part of professional driver competence. Post education shall also contribute to developing the drivers ́ competence, so that they can perform their job safer and more efficiently. The aim is for all participants to complete their professional driver-post education.

The procurement scheme shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for traffic training in class BE in Inland. The aim is for participants to achieve driver's rights in this class. The training is aimed at persons who have a need for driving licence class BE in order to qualify for vacant positions.

Nav shall procure the Labour Market Measure The Follow-Up Initiative - Training with Support. The follow-up initiative shall give each participant individually facilitated follow-up assistance that is necessary for carrying out training measures. The measure can also be used when transitioning to ordinary paid work where participants need assistance applying for a job in the training section.

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, c/o the Nav Finance and Management Department, the Procurement Section, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a slide fitted sheet. The aim of the procurement is to establish a assortment of slide fitted sheet, with a width that covers the majority of the needs of the relevant users. The maximum total value is estimated to be up to 25% higher than the estimated total value. The contract shall be valid for 1 year, with an option for an extension(s) of the contract once or several times for a period of up to 3 years. The contract is for seating cushions with pressure ulcer preventative properties with the accompanying accessories and spare parts. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts in order to cover the users ́needs in the best possible way. Contracts will be signed for each sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users ́needs. The maximum total value is estimated to be up to 25% higher than the estimated total value. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension(s) for all or parts of the contract once or several times for a period of up to 2 years. Nav shall procure labour market measure Follow-up for displaced persons from Ukraine. The measure shall provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or retaining the paid work. The aim is to get participants to work quickly. Relevant participants are persons who need a more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Mainly, the participant group consists of displaced persons from Ukraine. Participants have different individual needs, and there will be a large variation in the participant group connected to Norwegian abilities, formal competence, work experience, education level, digital competence, network and social skills, as well as different health challenges. For some participants, these challenges will apply simultaneously and mutually affect each other. If it is deemed appropriate, the measure could also be used for other minority groups with equivalent need for follow-up. For example, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian and Hungarian citizens. These will not have participated in the introduction program, but will benefit from the initiative's other content directed at a minority group.

Nav Vestland shall procure Norwegian training for immigrants. The aim of the course is to strengthen Norwegian abilities for job seeker miniaturity language as well as to give participants a document of their Norwegian abilities for use in job searching. The course shall lay the basis for being able to take the Norwegian test as a privatist.

Nav Vestland shall procure entrepreneur courses. The main aim of the course is to strengthen each participant ́s possibility to be self-supported through the establishment of their own viable activity. The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the regulations. The contracting authority reserves the right to make clarifications and negotiate with tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate.
